On October 1st, 2018, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Documents No. 7415/NHNN-TTGSNH permitting the Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank) to establish additional branches.
Accordingly, Nam A Bank is allowed to establish 05 branches in these 5 provinces: Quang Ninh, Long An, Dak Nong, An Giang and Tien Giang as follows:
Quang Ninh Branch: Full-name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Quang Ninh Branch; Abbreviation: Nam A Bank – Quang Ninh Branch; Location: Le Thanh Tong street, Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.
Long An Branch: Full-name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Long An Branch; Abbreviation: Nam A Bank – Long An Branch; Location: Highway 1, Ward 2, Tan An city, Long An province.
Dak Nong Branch: Full-name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Dak Nong Branch; Abbreviation: Nam A Bank – Dak Nong Branch; Location: Ba Trieu street, Nghia Thanh ward, Gia Nghia town, Dak Nong province.
An Giang Branch: Full-name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – An Giang Branch; Abbreviation: Nam A Bank – An Giang Branch; Location: Tran Hung Dao street, My Xuyen ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province.
Tien Giang Branch: Full-name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Tien Giang Branch; Abbreviation: Nam A Bank – Tien Giang Branch; Location: Le Loi street, Ward 1, My Tho city, Tien Giang province.
The SBV requires Nam A Bank to be responsible for implementing procedures to inaugurate and publicize newly established branches as stipulated in this Document.
The Documents will cease to be effective if the Nam A Bank does not inaugurate the above – mentioned branches within 12 months from the date of signing.
