On December 16, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2152/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital in the License of Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBank).

Accordingly, the SBV has approved of the revision of Article 2 of License No. 26/GP-NHNN dated February 12, 2020 issued by the SBV Governor to HDBank, to read as follows: “Charter capital: VND 16,088,488,180,000 (in words: Sixteen thousand eighty-eight billion, four hundred eighty-eight million, one hundred eighty thousand Vietnamese Dongs)”.
HDBank is responsible for implementing the regulations in Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant laws.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 26/GP-NHNN dated February 12, 2020 issued by the SBV Governor to HDBank.
Decision No. 1854/QD-NHNN dated October 28, 2020 amending the charter capital as written in the HDBank’s License shall cease to be valid from the date of signing of this new Decision.
