The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Decision No. 1593/QD-NHNN dated October 5, 2021 revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank).
Accordingly, the SBV has revised Article 2 of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 26/GP-NHNN dated February 12, 2020 issued by the SBV Governor to HDBank, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of HDBank is: VND 20,072,906,420,000 (Twenty thousand seventy-two billion, nine hundred oh six million, four hundred twenty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
HDBank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant provisions of law regarding the above revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 26/GP-NHNN dated February 12, 2020. Decision No. 2152/QD-NHNN dated December 16, 2020 issued by the SBV revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of HDBank is no longer effective from October 5, 2021.
