On the morning of December 3, 2025, in Vientiane, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone co-chaired the 48th Meeting of the Vietnam–Laos Intergovernmental Committee on Bilateral Cooperation.
