On the occasion of launching an electronic portal of the State Bank of Vietnam after an exclusive upgrading, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam conveys his greeting to the Editors, reporters and readers of the SBV e-Portal.
“On the occasion of launching an electronic portal of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV e-Portal), I would like to express my warmest congratulation and best wishes to the Editorial Board, staff, media workers, collaborators as well as domestic and foreign readers.
The SBV e-Portal is an official channel of the SBV to communicate on the monetary policy and banking operations in both Vietnamese and English with the domestic and the international readers.
Over the past time, SBV e-Portal has obtained encouraging achievements and become an important mean for disseminating the directives of the CPV, and policies and legal texts of the State, as well as the mechanisms and policies of the banking sector, to the public.
The completion of SBV portal upgrading featuring the latest web technology to create a common infrastructure for electronic public services that allows us to conduct 14 public services at level 3 online; formulating the a single site of Administration Reform of the SBV; and implement multimedia communication. This is a crucial solution of public administration innovation, affirming SBV’s determination to enhance efficient and effective conduction of the state management functions of the SBV, thereby supporting to positively improving business environment, boosting capacity of national competitiveness, assisting enterprises, and maintaining the first ranking of the SBV in Public Administration Reform Index for 2015 (PAR INDEX 2015) among 19 ministries and general departments.
The fulfillment of the upgrading SBV e-Portal demonstrates enormous effort and determination of the Editorial Board of the SBV e-portal and relevant departments in order to gradually improve and develop the SBV Website, hence meeting the higher and higher requirement of information and communication of monetary and banking operations in the new circumstances.
I do hope that in the coming time, the SBV e-Portal will continue to bring into full play its obtained achievements to be worthy of an information bridge between the central bank and the public, thereby meeting the expectation of domestic and international readers who are interested in the SBV as well as banking operations in the economy.
