Press Release on issuance of Circular No.43/2024/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, August 9, 2024 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 43/2024/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 01/2014/TT-NHNN dated December 10, 2014 providing guidance for the implementation arrangements of the state reserve management operations.
The new Circular is composed of 4 Articles, specifically as follows:
Article 1: Comprising of 14 Paragraphs, amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 01/2014/TT-NHNN dated December 10, 2014 issued by the SBV Governor providing guidance for the implementation arrangements of the state reserve management operations;
Article 2: Replacing, supplementing and abolishing a number of regulations as stipulated in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-NHNN dated December 10, 2014 issued by the SBV Governor providing guidance for the implementation arrangements of the state reserve management operations;
Article 3: Responsibilities for the implementation arrangements;
Article 4: Entry into force.
The new Circular shall take effect from September 23, 2024.
