On May 22, 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Regional Branch No.14 issued Decision No. 185/QD-KV14 supplementing an additional operation to License No. 009/NH-GP dated August 31, 1994 issued by the Director of the SBV – Soc Trang Provincial Branch to Ke Sach People's Credit Fund.
Accordingly, an additional operation has been added to Point 7 of the above-mentioned License, to read as follows: “Acting as an agency providing payment services to the Co-operative Bank for the members and customers of Ke Sach People's Credit Fund”.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 009/NH-GP dated August 31, 1994 issued by the Director of the SBV – Soc Trang Provincial Branch to Ke Sach People's Credit Fund.
Ke Sach People's Credit Fund is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with the applicable legal regulations.
