During October 1 to 2, 2024, under the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the Communication Department and the Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV) will jointly organize a series of financial education events in 2024 of “Smart Money”, with a lot of interesting activities.
“Smart Money”: series of financial education events in 2024
The organization of this series of events is aimed to contribute to realizing the Government’s objectives (stated in Decision No. 149/QD-TTg dated January 22, 2024 issued by the Prime Minister approving the National Financial Inclusion Strategy by 2025, with orientations towards 2030), the Government’s schemes on financial inclusion, as well as to promote cashless payment.
This year’s “Smart Money” events include a lot of interesting activities such as a seminar on financial education for students, a Talkshow about “Understanding of the Vietnamese currency”, a contest on “Financial knowledge”…, which helped equip students with essential financial and banking skills, improve their knowledge about the Vietnamese currency, as well as the individual financial management skills. There will be over 30 display kiosks from the credit institutions and leading Publishing Houses, which help students to know more about useful financial books and the use of banking products and services; together with lots of interesting sideline activities…
