On August 03, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch issued Document No. 2146/HCM-TTr3 allowing Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) to update the addresses of its VIB – District 2 Branch and the transaction offices under the Branch (no actual location changed).
Accordingly, the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City Branch has confirmed the updates of the addresses (no actual location changed) of the VIB – District 2 Branch and the transaction offices under the Branch (due to new changes in the administrative units in line with Resolution No. 1111/NQ-UBTVQH14 dated December 09, 2020 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly), specifically as follows:
1, VIB – District 2 Branch
The old address: No. 130 Tran Nao, Binh An Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City;
The new address: No. 130 Tran Nao, Residential Area No. 2, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
2, VIB – District 2 Branch – Thu Duc Transaction Office
The old address: No. 192 Vo Van Ngan, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City;

3, VIB – District 2 Branch – Cat Lai Transaction Office
The old address: No. 300 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City;
The new address: No. 300 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
4, VIB – District 2 Branch – District 9 Transaction Office
The old address: No. 116 – 118 Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City;
The new address: No. 116 – 118 Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Long A Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
The VIB is responsible for implementing the applicable procedures and publicizing the information in line with the applicable regulations on the operational networks of commercial banks as required by Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor (as amended and supplemented in Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and other relevant provisions of law; Sending a report on the implementation to the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City Branch as prescribed for in Paragraph 12, Article 1 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN; Arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of its branch and transaction offices.
