On March 30, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Deputy Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch.
Mr. Bui Huy Tho, Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch hands over the Appointment Decision to Mr. Tran Huu Phu An.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Bui Huy Tho, Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch; the other leaders and all of the officials and staff of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch; together with representatives of the commercial banks present in Binh Phuoc province, as well as Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.
Under the authorization of the SBV Governor, Mr. Bui Huy Tho, Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch, announced and handed over the SBV Governor’s Decision mobilizing and appointing Mr. Tran Huu Phu An as Deputy Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch, starting from April 01, 2023. Mr. Tran Huu Phu An was previously Head of the Division for General Affairs, Human Resources and Internal Control of the SBV – Dak Nong Provincial Branch.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Huy Tho, Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch shared that, Mr. Tran Huu Phu An, who has always put his best efforts into his work in different positions, has received high recognition by the leadership of the SBV – Dak Nong Provincial Branch. He expressed his wishes and beliefs that, on the new position, Mr. Tran Huu Phu An, together with the other leaders and all of the officials and staff of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch, would promote the spirit of solidarity within the branch and accomplish the assigned tasks.
In his statement, Mr. Tran Huu Phu An expressed his thanks for the trust of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee, the SBV Governor, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and the leadership of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch. He affirmed that he would never stop improving his ethical and political qualities, enhancing his professional qualifications and capacity, and putting all of his efforts, intelligence, enthusiasm, experience, together with all of the officials of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch, to promote the solidarity within the branch, in order to fulfill successfully the role of the State management agency for the banking industry in the province; providing prompt advice to the Provincial Party Committee and authorities; implementing successfully the mandate and tasks of the State monetary management agency in the province, ensuring safe and effective banking operations; contributing to the effective implementation of the SBV’s monetary policies, and the general socio-economic development of Binh Phuoc province.
