On March 30, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Hai Duong Provincial Branch organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Deputy Director of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Truong Van Hon, Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the commercial banks present in Hai Duong province, as well as Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam; together with all of the officials and staff of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch.
At Decision No. 338/QD-NHNN dated March 16, 2023, the SBV Governor has appointed Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga as Deputy Director of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch, starting from April 01, 2023. Her office tenure is five (05) years, starting from the date of appointment. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga was previously Head of the Division for Accounting and Payment of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch.
Under the authorization of the SBV Governor, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai Van, Director of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch, handed over the SBV Governor’s Decision to and congratulated Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga on her appointment.
She expressed her wishes and beliefs that, on the new position, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga would promote her capacity, intelligence and experience; continue to improve her political qualities; promote the spirit of solidarity within the branch; provide prompt advice to the Director of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch to fulfill successfully the leadership role and the functions of the State management agency for the banking industry in the province, contributing to the general socio-economic development of Hai Duong province.
In her statement, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga expressed her thanks for the trust of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee, the SBV’s Board of Management, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, the leadership and all of the officials and staff of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch. She affirmed that she would continue to put her best efforts, together with all of the officials of the SBV – Hai Duong Provincial Branch, into accomplishing the assigned political tasks, contributing to the general development of the banking sector and the socio-economic development of Hai Duong province.
