SBV announces Appointment Decision of Director of SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch

On November 21, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Quang Nam Provincial Branch organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Director of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch.

Mr. Dang Van Tuyen, Director General of the SBV Organization and Personnel Department, hands over the Decision to Mr. Pham Trong.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Cao Thanh Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Organizing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Dang Van Tuyen, Director General of the SBV Organization and Personnel Department; together with the key leaders of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch.

According to the Decision that was announced, the SBV Governor has appointed Mr. Pham Trong as Director of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch, starting from November 20, 2022. Mr. Pham Trong was previously Deputy Director in charge of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch. His office tenure is five (05) years, starting from the date of appointment.

Under the authorization by the SBV Governor, Mr. Dang Van Tuyen, Director General of the SBV Organization and Personnel Department, handed over the Decision to and congratulated Mr. Pham Trong on his new appointment. Mr. Tuyen expressed his wishes and beliefs that, on the new position, Mr. Trong would continue to promote his capacity and experience, together with the other leaders and all officials of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch, to accomplish the assigned tasks.

In his statement, Mr. Pham Trong expressed his gratitude for the trust of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee, the SBV’s Board of Management, the Standing Body of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee. He committed to do his best, together with all of the officials of the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch as well as the banking sector’s representatives in Quang Nam Province, to successfully accomplish the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the banking sector and the socio-economic development of Quang Nam Province.
