On January 26, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Director of the SBV Regional Branch 3.
Governor Nguyen Thi Hong hands over the Appointment Decision to Mr. Trinh Cong Van
The ceremony was attended by SBV Governor Nguyen Thi Hong; Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee and Head of Son La Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Provincial Party Committee and the National Assembly Delegation of Son La Province; representatives of several SBV entities; and representatives of the departments and agencies of Son La Province.
At the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thu Huyen, Director General of the SBV Human Resources Department, announced the SBV Governor’s Decision No. 79/QD-NHNN appointing Mr. Trinh Cong Van as Director of the SBV Regional Branch 3, starting from January 19, 2026. Mr. Trinh Cong Van was previously Acting Director of the SBV Regional Branch 3.
Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Nguyen Thi Hong congratulated Mr. Trinh Cong Van on his appointment, and expressed her confidence that Mr. Trinh Cong Van would continue to promote his capacity, experience, and sense of responsibility to successfully accomplish the assigned tasks in his newly appointed position.
