On August 9, 2021, in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Assignment Decision of Deputy Director General in charge of the SBV Office.
The ceremony was attended by SBV First Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu, representatives of the Central Bank Party Committee, the Organization and Personnel Department and the SBV Office.
At the ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Tuyen, Director General of the Organization and Personnel Department, announced Decision No. 1315/QD-NHNN dated August 6, 2021 of the SBV Governor assigning Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Director General of the SBV Office, as Deputy Director General in charge of the SBV Office, starting from the date of signing of this Decision.

On behalf of the SBV Governor, SBV First Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu handed over the Decision and congratulated Mr. Tran Anh Tuan on his new assignment entrusted by the Central Bank Party Committee and the SBV’s Board of Management. He expressed his wishes and beliefs that Mr. Tran Anh Tuan would continue to make the best use of his capabilities and wisdom to accomplish the assigned tasks, together with all of the officials of the SBV Office.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan expressed his deep gratitude to the SBV’s Board of Management and the Central Bank Party Committee for their trust. He affirmed that he would never stop learning, accumulating experience and trying his best with the highest sense of responsibility, the best efforts, wisdom and enthusiasm in order to promote the solidarity and consistency within the SBV Office and to accomplish all assigned tasks, contributing actively to the development of the banking sector.
