On July 25, 2019, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1572/QD-NHNN revising the License of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of the substance in Article 3 of License No. 341/GP-NHNN dated December 29, 2008 for Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited, to read as follows: “Charter capital of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited is VND 5,709,900,000,000.”
Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 341/GP-NHNN dated December 29, 2008 for Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
* On the same day, the SBV issued Decision No. 1573/QĐ-NHNN amending the address of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited head office.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor allowed Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited to change its head office to the new venue on the ground, mezzanine, 2nd, 3th, 11th and 15th Floors of the Empress Building, 138-142 Ha Ba Trung, Da Kao ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, by amending the address of its head office as written in Article 2 of License No. License No. 341/GP-NHNN dated December 29, 2008 for Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited is responsible for meeting all requirements in Paragraph 3 of Article 23 of Circular No. 40/2011/TT-NHNN dated December 15, 2011 on granting licenses to commercial banks, foreign bank branches, representative offices of foreign banks, and other foreign institutions with banking operations in Vietnam; implementing the procedures of registering, publicizing its new address in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing, and shall replace Decision No. 2607/QD-NHNN dated December 8, 2017 revising the address of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited head office, and is an integral part of License No. 341/GP-NHNN dated December 29, 2008 for Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
