On August 9, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 1441/QD-NHNN revising the License of Saigon–Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
Accordingly, Article 2 of License No. 115/GP-NHNN dated November 30, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to the SHB has been revised, to read as follows: “Article 2. Charter capital of the SHB is VND 26,673,697,990,000 (twenty-six thousand six hundred seventy-three billion, six hundred ninety-seven million, nine hundred ninety thousand Vietnamese Dongs.”
The SHB is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2020 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017), and other relevant legal regulations.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Establishment and Operations License No. 115/GP-NHNN dated November 30, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to the SHB. Decision No. 957/QD-NHNN dated June 7, 2021 revising the charter capital substance as written in the SHB’s License ceased to be effective on the date of signing of this new Decision.
