On October 6, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2170/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision of Article 2 of License No. 84/GP-NHNN dated April 23, 2012, issued by the SBV Governor to BIDV, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam is: VND 77,782,294,730,000 (in words: Seventy-seven thousand seven hundred eighty-two billion, two hundred ninety-four million, seven hundred thirty thousand Vietnamese Dongs)”.
BIDV is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 84/GP-NHNN dated April 23, 2012 issued by the SBV Governor to BIDV.
Decision No. 751/QD-NHNN dated April 21, 2026 revising the charter capital substance in the License of BIDV ceased to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
