On July 31, 2026, at the National Assembly Building, Mr. Do Van Chien, First Vice President of the National Assembly, chaired a ceremony to announce and present the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly (NA) on personnel arrangement.

The ceremony was also attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Vice President of the National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, Chairman of the NA Committee for Deputies Affairs, and Mr. Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the NA Committee for Economic and Financial Affairs.
Participants from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) included Governor Pham Duc An and Deputy Governor Nguyen Ngoc Canh.
According to the NA’s above-mentioned Resolution, the NA Standing Committee has resolved to appoint Ms. Ha Thu Giang, Director General of the SBV Credit Department, as Assistant to NA Vice President Nguyen Thi Hong.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Van Chien noted that the appointment was a recognition of Ms. Ha Thu Giang’s continuous dedication and contributions. It also reflected the need for further strengthening and improvement of the human resource quality assisting the NA leadership in the current period.
