On July 8, 2025, in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce the SBV Governor’s Decisions appointing three (03) Deputy Directors General of the SBV Credit Institutions Supervision Department.
The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Pham Quang Dzung, representatives from the SBV Human Resource Department and the SBV’s Party Committee, as well as the key officials and staff of the SBV Credit Institutions Supervision Department.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director General of the SBV Human Resource Department, announced the SBV Governor’s Decisions appointing Ms. Huynh Nhat Le, Mr. Mai Khanh Dzung and Ms. Dau Thi Mai Huong as Deputy Directors General of the Credit Institutions Supervision Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, SBV Deputy Governor Pham Quang Dzung congratulated the three new Deputy Directors General of the Credit Institutions Supervision Department on their appointments, which reflected the recognition and the trust of the SBV’s Board of Management for their qualities. The Deputy Governor also emphasized the important role of the Credit Institutions Supervision Department in ensuring the safety and stability of the credit institutions’ system.

The SBV’s Board of Management hoped that the newly appointed officers would promote their senses of responsibility, enhance their working experience to successfully accomplish the assigned tasks. Deputy Governor Pham Quang Dzung also expressed his hope that the Credit Institutions Supervision Department would continue to be a pioneering unit, making active contributions to the overall operations of the SBV and the country’s socio-economic development.
On behalf of the newly appointed officers, Ms. Huynh Nhat Le expressed her gratitude to the SBV’s Party Committee, and the SBV’s Board of Management for their trust. Ms. Le affirmed that she and the two other newly appointed officers would continue to enhance their efforts, promote their strengths, overcome their shortcomings, and improve their capacity to meet the increasingly high requirements of their new positions.
