The Meeting proceeded under the chair of Mr. Cao Van Binh, CIC General Director and Chairperson of the ACRN for for 2023-2025. At the meeting, the ACRN members provided some updates on the Network's activities over the past time, and also listened to the introductions about the credit reporting agencies from the observers (Singapore, the Philippines, Lao P.D.R., Brunei Darussalam). Besides, the ACRN members also engaged in active discussions about the orientations for the ACRN’s activities in the future, including the plan for the 5th Members’ Meeting of the ACRN in Thailand, and the planned activities of the ACRN when participating in the sidelines events of the APEC 2025 Meetings held in the Republic of Korea.
The ACRN Members also welcomed the Philippines’ Credit Information Corporation (CIC Philippines) under the Philippines’ Department of Finance to become the 11th member of the Network.
As one of the founding members of the Network, throughout the establishment and development process of the ACRN, CIC (Vietnam) has always played an active role in the activities of the Network, contributing to turn the recommendations and initiatives of the members into specific action plans for the ACRN’s long-term development, helping to expand the Network, promoting the cohesion among the members, thereby leveraging the opportunities for cooperation and professional development for the member institutions.

After nearly 7 years of operation, the ACRN has been actively facilitating its members’ participation in the joint activities, with a view to strengthening the cooperation, sharing the experience, exchanging about the technologies and initiatives in the field of credit reporting. Beside that, the ACRN has also created a favorable environment to develop “credit information” ecosystems in the member countries in particular and in Asia in general, so that these ecosystems can become healthier and more advanced.
