On December 30, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Dong Nai Provincial Branch issued Decision No. 204/QD-DNA.TTGS on the termination of the liquidation process and the revocation of the License of Van Diem People's Credit Fund.
Accordingly, the SBV – Dong Nai Provincial Branch has decided to terminate the liquidation process of Van Diem People's Credit Fund; revoke License No. 44/GP-NHNN dated April 05, 2017 by the SBV – Dong Nai Provincial Branch to Van Diem People's Credit Fund.
Within five (05) working days from the termination of the License, Van Diem People's Credit Fund shall hand back the expired License to the SBV – Dong Nai Provincial Branch.
Van Diem People's Credit Fund is also responsible for implementing the applicable legal procedures related to the dissolution and the revocation of the License for its operations in accordance with the law.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing.
