Press release on issuance of Circular No.27/2022/TT-NHNN
On December 31, 2022, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No.27/2022/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of several Circulars stipulating the decentralization for the handling of administrative procedures in the field of banks’ establishment and operations.
This new Circular is composed of seven (07) Articles, amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 43/2015/TT-NHNN, Circular No. 53/2018/TT-NHNN, Circular No.25/2017/TT-NHNN, Circular No.09/2018/TT-NHNN and Circular No.10/2018/TT-NHNN in order to implement the decentralization for the handling of administrative procedures in the field of banks’ establishment and operations, specifically:
- Article 1: amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 43/2015/TT-NHNN
- Article 2: amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 53/2018/TT-NHNN
- Article 3: amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No.25/2017/TT-NHNN
- Article 4: amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No.09/2018/TT-NHNN
- Article 5: amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No.10/2018/TT-NHNN
This new Circular takes effect from March 1, 2023.
