Press release on issuance of Circular No. 05/2024/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, June 7, 2024 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 05/2024/TT-NHNN terminating the effectiveness of a number of legal documents issued by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular is composed of 3 Articles terminating the effectiveness of a number of legal documents issued by the SBV Governor, which are no longer appropriate or no longer applicable in practice, specifically as follows:
- Terminating the effectiveness of 5 legal documents issued by the SBV Governor.
This Circular takes effect from July 22, 2024.
