Hanoi, 25 October 2024. The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 49/2024/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular 11/2022/TT-NHNN dated 30 September 2022 on bank guarantees.
Circular No. 49/2024/TT-NHNN amends the regulations related to off-plan housing guarantees. The new Circular is composed of 4 Articles, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular 11/2022/TT-NHNN.
Article 2. Abolishing a number of paragraphs and clauses in Circular 11/2022/TT-NHNN.
Article 3. Implementation arrangements.
Article 4. Entry into force.
The provisions in this Circular are aimed to ensure alignment with the regulations of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions. This Circular shall take effect from 10 December 2024.
