On January 9, 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.82/QD-NHNN revising the License for the provision of the intermediary payment services of Payx Payment Company Limited.
Accordingly, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 of Article 1 of the License for the provision of the intermediary payment services of Payx Payment Company Limited has been revised, to read as follows:
“1. Name of organization
- Full name in Vietnamese: CÔNG TY TNHH THANH TOÁN PAYX
- Full name in English: PAYX PAYMENT COMPANY LIMITED
- Abbreviated name: PAYX VN
- Transaction name: PAYX
Head office address: 5th Floor, Dong Do Building, No.6 Mac Thai To, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 58/GP-NHNN dated December 5, 2023.
