Son La Province, October 10, 2026 – The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a ceremony to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Cao Cuong, Deputy Director of SBV Regional Branch No. 4, as Deputy Director of SBV Regional Branch No. 3. Deputy Governor Pham Thanh Ha attended the ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of SBV department and units, as well as several commercial banks and credit institutions.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Hung, Deputy Director General of the Organization and Personnel Department, announced the SBV Governor’s decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Cao Cuong as Deputy Director of SBV Regional Branch No. 3. His term of office is five (05) years, starting from October 10, 2026.

In his remarks, Deputy Governor Pham Thanh Ha highly valued Mr. Le Cao Cuong’s extensive experience in the banking sector in Son La province, strong political integrity, good ethical standards, and high sense of responsibility. The Deputy Governor expressed his confidence that, in his new position, Mr. Le Cao Cuong would continue to bring into full play his professional capabilities, experience and sense of responsibility to successfully fulfill his assigned duties.
