BacABank allowed to open transaction offices

Accordingly, BacABank is approved to establish transaction offices as follow:

Hoai Duc transaction office (Luu Xa ward, Duc Giang commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi); Thanh Tri transaction office (Tan Trieu ward, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi); Soc Son transaction office (No.85, Soc Son town, Soc Son district, Hanoi); Lien Ha transaction office (No.99, Lien Ha street, Lien Ha ward, Dong Anh district, Hanoi); Trau Quy transaction office – Gia Lam branch (No.319 Ngo Xuan Quang street, Trau Quy town, Gia Lam district, Hanoi); Thuong Tin transaction office (No.336-338 Me Linh street, Lien Bao ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province); Yen Lac transaction office (Yen Lac town, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province); Phuc Yen transaction office (No.34 Tran Hung Dao street, Trung Trac ward, Phuc Yen town, Vinh Phuc province); Uong Bi transaction office (No.447 Quang Trung street, Uong Bi town, Quang Ninh province); Cam Pha transaction office (No.58 Tran Phu street, Cam Tay ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province); Thach Ha transaction office (Thach Ha town, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province); Rach Gia transaction office (No.27 Cach Mang Thang Tam street, Vinh Loi ward, Rach Gia city, Kien Giang province); Hon Dat transaction office (No.54 Duong Hon ward, Hon Dat town, Hon Dat district, Kien Giang province); Phu Quoc transaction office (No.54 Ba Muoi Thang Tu street, Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc district, Kien Giang province).

The SBV required BacABank to be responsible for implementing procedures for inaugurating, registering and publicizing newly established branches in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on operational network of commercial banks and the other applicable legal texts. The Documents will cease to be effective if the BacABank do not inaugurate the above – mentioned branches within 12 months from the date of signing.
