On May 20, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.913/QD-NHNN allowing Nam A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (Nam A Bank) to revise the charter capital substance in its License.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of the revision of Point 4 of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 0026/GP-NHNN dated August 22, 1992 issued to Nam A Bank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 160/QD-NH5 dated August 22, 1992 of the SBV Governor, to read as follows: “Charter capital: VND 6,564,405,040,000 (Six thousand five hundred sixty-four billion, four hundred oh five million, forty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
Nam A Bank is responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 0026/GP-NHNN dated August 22, 1992 issued to Nam A Bank. Decision No.823/QD-NHNN dated May 13, 2021 revising the charter capital substance as written in the License of Nam A Bank also ceased to be effective on the date of signing of this new Decision.
