Sharing the results of preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and the socio-economic development in the first months of 2022, the NA Chairman said that, Vietnam is one of the 6 countries with the highest COVID-19 vaccination coverage in the world. Thanks to that, Vietnam's economy had shown good signs of recovery since the fourth quarter of 2021. Production and business activities had recovered well, making a great contribution to the overall economic recovery. Foreign investment capital had been maintained, proving the investors' confidence in the prospects of the Vietnamese market despite the current uncertainties around the world. In January 2022, the National Assembly of Vietnam adopted Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on the fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program. Vietnamese ministries, agencies and local authorities have been putting a lot of efforts into implementing this program.
