On February 9, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions of Deputy Directors General of the SBV Department of Legal Affairs.

The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son, representatives from the SBV Departments, and all of the officials of the SBV Department of Legal Affairs.
At the ceremony, Mr. Do Trong Toan, Deputy Director General of the SBV Human Resources Department, announced the SBV Governor’s Decisions appointing two officers, Ms. Thai Lan Anh and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy, as Deputy Directors General of the Department of Legal Affairs. Ms. Thai Lan Anh was previously Head of the Division of Legislative Development of the Department of Legal Affairs, and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy was previously Head of the Legal Advisory Division of the same Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the SBV Board of Management, Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son congratulated and handed over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions to Ms. Thai Lan Anh and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy. The SBV Deputy Governor expressed his beliefs that Ms. Thai Lan Anh and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy would continue to develop their capabilities, wisdom, experience, and their senses of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in their newly appointed positions.
