The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony on August 21, 2017 to announce Decisions of SBV Governor on appointing Directors General of International Cooperation Department, Monetary Forecasting and Statistic Department and Monetary Policy Department.
The ceremony was attended by SBV Governor Le Minh Hung, Deputy Governor Nguyen Thi Hong, representatives from the SBV Personnel Department, all officials from International Cooperation Department, Monetary Forecasting and Statistic Department, Monetary Policy Department and representatives from the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank).
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Director General of Personnel Department announced the Decisions of SBV Governor on appointing Directors General of the three above-mentioned departments.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor issued Decision No.1768/QĐ-NHNN dated August 21, 2017 on appointing Mr. To Huy Vu as Director General of International Cooperation Department. He was previously Director General of Monetary Forecasting and Statistic Department.
At the same time, the SBV Governor issued Decision No.1769/QĐ-NHNN dated August 21, 2017 on appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Long as Director General of Monetary Forecasting and Statistic Department. He was previously Deputy Director General of the Monetary Policy Department.
On the same day, the SBV Governor issued Decision No.1766/QĐ-NHNN on appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Ha as Director General of Monetary Policy Department. He was previously Deputy Director General of Vietcombank.
Governor Le Minh Hung hoped that newly appointed Directors General will accomplish the assigned tasks
At the ceremony, Governor Le Minh Hung congratulated Mr. To Huy Vu, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long and Mr. Pham Thanh Ha on their new position. He expressed his hope that Mr. To Huy Vu, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long and Mr. Pham Thanh Ha will continue to develop their capacity, wisdom, experience, and the sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in their newly appointed positions.
In their statement of gratitude, Mr. To Huy Vu, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long and Mr. Pham Thanh Ha promised to do their best to contribute to the development of the banking sector.
