The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.1892/QD-NHNN on September 7th, 2017 approving the relocation of head office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) - Hanoi branch.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the relocation of ICBC Hanoi branch head office from the former location: “Room 0105-0106, 1st Floor and Room 0307-0311, 3rd Floor, Daeha Business Center, 360 Kim Ma Street, Kim Ma Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City, Vietnam” to the new address: Room 0105-0106, 1st Floor and Room 0303, 0307-0311 3rd Floor, Daeha Business Center, 360 Kim Ma Street, Kim Ma Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City, Vietnam”.
The Decision also revised Item 2, Article 2 of the Establishment and Operation License No.272/GP-NHNN dated December 10th, 2009 issued by the SBV Governor for ICBC – Hanoi branch as follows: "2. Head Office address: Room 0105-0106, 1st Floor and Room 0303, 0307-0311 3rd Floor, Daeha Business Center, 360 Kim Ma Street, Kim Ma Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam".
ICBC - Hanoi branch is responsible for: (i) Ensuring that the branch head office meets the conditions stipulated in Item 3, Article 23 of SBV’s Circular No.10/2011/TT-NHNN dated December 15th, 2011 on the licensing and organization, operation of commercial banks, branches of foreign banks, representative offices of foreign credit institutions and other foreign organizations engaging in banking activities in Vietnam; (ii) Carrying out the procedures for registering and publishing the contents of the relocation of the branch head office in accordance with the provisions of Item 4, Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions in 2010.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Establishment and Operation License No.272/GP-NHNN dated December 10th, 2009 issued by the SBV Governor for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited – Hanoi branch.
