Techcombank is allowed to establish 01 branch and 02 transaction offices

On October 2nd, 2017, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Document No.7827/7838/NHNN-TTGSNH approving the establishment of 01 branch and 02 transaction offices of Vietnam Technology and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).


Accordingly, SBV Governor approved Techcombank to set up Quang Binh branch in Quang Binh province with the name and address as follows: Name in Vietnamese: Techcombank - Quang Binh Branch; Abbreviation: Techcombank Quang Binh; Address: No. 248 Tran Hung Dao street, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province.

SBV Governor also approved Techcombank to establish 02 transaction offices as follows:

  • Name in Vietnamese: Techcombank - Yen Bai Branch - Nguyen Thai Hoc Transaction Office; Address: Booth No. L1-03, 1st floor, Vincom Plaza Yen Bai, No. 64,65,67 Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province.
  • Name in Vietnamese: Techcombank - Quang Ninh Branch - Dong Trieu Transaction Office; Address: Dong Trieu Intersection, Zone 3, Dong Trieu Ward, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province.

    • SBV requires Techcombank to be responsible for implementing necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize newly established transaction office in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9th, 2013 on operational network of commercial banks and the other applicable legal texts.

    The Document will cease to be effective if the OCB does not inaugurate the above – mentioned transaction office within 12 months from the date of signing.
