The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued License No.67/GP-NHNN dated October 31, 2017 on the establishment and operation of HDSAISON Finance.

Accordingly, the SBV Governor decided to renew the License of establishment and operation No.05/GP-NHNN dated May 8, 2007 of HD SAISON Finance.
Specifically: Brand name: HD SAISON Finance Co.,Ltd, Abbreviation: HD SAISON. Headquarters: Floor 8-9-10, Gilimex Building, No.24c Phan Dang Luu street, Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
Charter capital: VND 800 billion, in which, the HDBank owns 50%, Credie Saison Co.Ltd (Japan) owns 49%, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation owns 1%. The operation duration of HD SAISON is 50 years from May 8, 2007.
HD SAISON is allowed to implement activities of consuming credit finance company in line with laws and SBV’s regulations, including: (i) Capital mobilizing under the following forms: receiving deposit from institutions, issuing deposit certification, bills of exchange, securities and bonds to mobilize capital from organizations; borrowing from credit institutions, domestic and international financial institutions in accordance with laws; (ii) Granting credit under the following forms: lending, including installment loans, consumer loans; issuing credit card; (iii) Other activities: Opening deposit account at the SBV; Opening payment account at commercial banks, branches of foreign banks; Opening accounts for managing debts for customers; trading and providing forex services in the domestic and international market in line with the scope of operations stipulated by the SBV; providing services of insurance agent; providing consulting services in the fields of banking, finance and investment; providing services of asset management and preservation for customers.
HD SAISON is responsible for complying with laws of Vietnam
The license takes effect from December 1, 2017 and replaces Decision No. 05/GP-NHNN dated May 8, 2007 enclosed with approval documents relating to the revision and amendment of the License No. 558/NHNN-CNH dated January 22, 2009 of HD SAISON.
