TPBank is allowed to establish branches and transaction offices

Specifically, TPBank was approved by the SBV Governor to establish 05 branches as follows:

Thai Nguyen Branch at No. 78 Hoang Van Thu street, Hoang Van Thu ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.

Lao Cai Branch at No. 88 Hoang Lien, Coc Leu ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province.

Quang Nam Branch at No. 409 Phan Chau Trinh street, Phuoc Hoa ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province.

District 2 Branch at No. 36 Tran Nao, Quarter 2, Binh An ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh city.

Tien Giang Branch at: No. 1976 Tran Hung Dao, ward 6, My Tho city, Tien Giang province.

Also in these documents, SBV governor approved TPBank to set up 06 transaction offices as follows:

District 3 Transaction Office (under Saigon Branch) at: No. 281 Hai Ba Trung, ward 8, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city.

District 8 Transaction Office (under Saigon Branch) at: No. 35 Duong Ba Trac, ward 1, District 8, Ho Chi Minh city.

District 10 Transaction Office (under Saigon Branch) at No. 27, February 3rd street, ward 11, District 10, Ho Chi Minh city.

District 12 Transaction Office (under Saigon Branch) at: No. 154 Truong Trinh, Tan Hung Thuan ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city.

Ngo Quyen Transaction Office (under Hai Phong branch) at No. 143 - C7 Le Hong Phong street, Dang Hai ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city.

Hai Chau Transaction Office (under Da Nang Branch) at: No. 475 Hoang Dieu street, Hoa Thuan Dong ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang city.

SBV requires TPBank to be responsible for implementing necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize newly established transaction office in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9th, 2013 on operational network of commercial banks and the other applicable legal texts.

The Document will cease to be effective if the TPBank does not inaugurate the above – mentioned transaction office within 12 months from the date of signing.
