The State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No.13717/QD-NHNN on June 29, 2018 to revise the License of United Overseas Bank Limited (Vietnam).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved of the United Overseas Bank Limited (Vietnam)’s moving its headquarters to the new address of The Basement, the Ground Floor, the Mezzanine Floor and the 15th Floor of the Central Plaza Building, No.17 Le Duan street, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, by revising its headquarters address as written in Paragraph 2, Article 1 of License No.57/GP-NHNN dated September 21, 2017 issued by the SBV Governor for United Overseas Bank Limited (Vietnam).
United Overseas Bank Limited (Vietnam) is responsible for meeting all requirements in Paragraph 2, Article 23 of Circular No.40/2011/TT-NHNN dated December 15, 2011 on granting licenses to commercial banks, foreign bank branches, representative offices of foreign banks, and other international institutions with banking operations in Vietnam; implementing procedures of registering, publicizing its new address in line with Paragraph 4, Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No.57/GP-NHNN dated September 21, 2017 issued by the SBV Governor for United Overseas Bank Limited (Vietnam).
