On February 21st, 2019m the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 302/QD-NHNN approving the revision of the charter capital in the License of Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam Ltd.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved of the modification of the charter capital mentioned in Article 3 of the License for the Establishment and Operations of a 100% foreign-owned bank No. 236/GP-NHNN dated September 8th, 2008 issued to Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam Ltd., to read as follows: “The charter capital of Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam Ltd. is VND 4,215,301,283,700 (Four thousand two hundred and fifteen billion, three hundred and one million, two hundred and eighty three thousand, seven hundred Vietnamese dongs), which is provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam Ltd. is responsible for registering the revised substance in its charter capital with the competent authority; announcing the revised substance on the media in accordance with Paragraph 4, Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations of a 100% foreign-owned bank No. 236/GP-NHNN dated September 8th, 2008 issued by the SBV Governor to Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam Ltd.
