On September 19, 2019 at the SBV headquarters, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions of General Director and Deputy General Director of the SBV Project Management Board for Construction Investment.
The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu, representatives from the Organization and Personnel Department, and the officials of NH.09 Board.
At the ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Tuyen, Deputy Director General of the SBV Organization and Personnel Department announced the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions of General Director and Deputy General Director of the SBV Project Management Board for Construction Investment.
Accordingly, on May 27, 2019, the SBV Governor issued Appointment Decision No. 1106/QD-NHNN appointing Mr. Hoang Van Que, Director General of the SBV Administration Department, as General Director of the SBV Project Management Board for Construction Investment (take both positions).

In addition, the SBV Governor also issued Decision No. 1865/QD-NHNN dated September 12, 2019 appointing Mr. Tran Van Tien as Deputy General Director of the SBV Project Management Board for Construction Investment and relinquishing his position as the General Director of the National Banknote Printing Plant.
On behalf of the SBV Board of Management, Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu congratulated Mr. Hoang Van Que and Mr. Tran Van Tien on their new appointments. He expressed his beliefs that the two officials would continue to develop their capabilities, wisdom, experience, and the sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in their newly appointed positions.
