On May 25, 2020 in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions of Vice Principals of the Banking Training School.
The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Nguyen Kim Anh, representatives from the Organization and Personnel Department, and all of the officials of the Banking Training School and the Banking Strategy Institute.

At the ceremony, Mr. Dang Duy Cuong, Deputy Director General of the SBV Organization and Personnel Department announced the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions appointing Vice Principals of the Banking Training School.
Accordingly, on May 25, 2020, the SBV Governor issued Decision No. 985/QD-NHNN appointing Mr. Dang Xuan Hue as Vice Principal of the Banking Training School, starting from June 1, 2020. His office tenure is five years from the date of appointment. Mr. Dang Xuan Hue was previously Head of the Training Management Division of the Banking Training School.
On the same day, the SBV Governor issued Decision No. 989/QD-NHNN appointing Mr. Hoang Linh as Vice Principal of the Banking Training School, starting from June 1, 2020. His office tenure is five years from the date of appointment. Mr. Hoang Linh was previously Chief of the Administration of the Banking Strategy Institute.

On behalf of the SBV Board of Management, Deputy Governor Nguyen Kim Anh congratulated Mr. Dang Xuan Hue and Mr. Hoang Linh on their new appointments. He expressed his beliefs that Mr. Dang Xuan Hue and Mr. Hoang Linh would continue to develop their capabilities, wisdom, experience, and the sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in their newly appointed positions.
