On December 9, 2020 the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.2120/QD-NHNN revising the License of the Orient Commercial Joint-stock Bank (OCB).
Accordingly, Point 4 of Operations License No.0061/NH-GP dated April 13, 1996 issued for the OCB, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No.89/QD-NH5 dated April 13, 1996 by the SBV Governor on issuance of License to the OCB have been revised as follows: “Charter capital: VND 10,959,063,430,000 (Ten thousand nine hundred fifty billion, sixty-three million, four hundred thirty thousand Vietnamese Dongs.”
The OCB is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant regulations.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Establishment and Operations License No. 89/GP-NH5 dated April 13, 1996 and the Operations License No. 0061/NH-GP dated April 13, 1996 issued by the SBV Governor to the OCB. Decision No.1320/QD-NHNN dated July 28, 2020 amending the charter capital as written in the OCB’s License shall cease to be valid from the date of signing of this new Decision.
