On May 13, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 823/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital in the License on the Operations of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of the revision of the substances in Article 4 of the License on the Operations No. 0026/NH-GP dated August 22, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Nam A Bank and the substances in Paragraph c Article 1 of the Decision No. 160/QD-NH5 dated August 22, 1992 on the issuance of the Operational License to read as follows: Charter capital is VND 4,564,468,430,000 (In words: Four thousand five hundred and sixty four billion four hundred and sixty eight million four hundred thirty thousand Vietnamese dongs).
Nam A Bank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant legal provisions applicable to the above-mentioned revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 0026/NH-GP dated August 22, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Nam A Bank and Decision No. 160/QD-NH5 dated August 22, 1992 on the issuance of the Operational License to Nam A Bank. Decision No. 2623/QD-NHNN dated December 25, 2019 revising the charter capital in the License on the Operations of Nam A Bank ceases to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
