On November 1, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1707/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of MB Shinsei Finance Limited Liability Company (Mcredit).
Accordingly, the SBV has revised Article 2 of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 32/GP-NHNN dated March 13, 2020 issued by the SBV Governor to Mcredit, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of Mcredit is: VND 1,300,000,000,000 (In words: One thousand three hundred billion Vietnamese Dongs), in which: the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank owns 50% of the charter capital; Shinsei Bank, Limited (Japan) owns 49% of the charter capital; Xuan Thanh Construction Investment and Development Company Ltd. owns 1% of the charter capital.”
Mcredit shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant provisions of law regarding the above revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 32/GP-NHNN dated March 13, 2020.
