On December 24, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.2078/QD-NHNN revising the License of the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of the revision of the charter capital as written in Article 4 of License No. 0051/GP-NHNN dated March 25, 1994 issued by the SBV Governor to SeABank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 47/QD-NH5 dated March 25, 1994, to read as follows: “Charter capital: VND 14,784,883,690,000 (Fourteen thousand seven hundred eighty four billion, eight hundred eighty three million, six hundred ninety thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
SeABank is responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Establishment and Operations License No. 0051/GP-NHNN dated March 25, 1994 and Decision No. 47/QD-NH5 dated March 25, 1994 issued by the SBV Governor to SeABank.
Decision No.1489/QD-NHNN dated September 17, 2021 revising the License of the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) ceased to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
