On April 20, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 717/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank).
Specifically, the SBV Governor has decided to revise Point 4 of the License for the Operations No. 0051/ NH-GP dated March 25, 1994, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 47/QD-NH5 dated March 25, 1994 of the SBV on the issuance of the License for the Operations to SeABank, to read as follows:
“4 - The charter capital: VND 16,598,000,000 (Sixteen thousand five hundred ninety-eight billion Vietnamese Dongs).”
SeABank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) regarding the above revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Operations No. 0051/NH-GP dated March 25, 1994 and Decision No. 47/QD-NH5 dated March 25, 1994 of the SBV on the issuance of the License for the Operations to SeABank.
Decision No. 2078/QD-NHNN dated December 24, 2021 of the SBV revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of SeABank is no longer valid from April 20, 2022.
