On September 16, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 6535/NHNN-TTGSNH allowing ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited to change the address of its head office.
Accordingly, the SBV has approved of the request of ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited to change the address of its head office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: 16th Floor, Gelex Tower Building, No. 52 Le Dai Hanh, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
The new address is at: 10th Floor, Tower No. 2, Capital Place Building, No. 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Upon having completed the construction of the new head office, ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited shall report to the Banking Supervision Agency and the SBV – Hanoi Municipal Branch in order for these entities to coordinate in appraising the conditions of the new head office in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
Within the minimum of 30 working days before the scheduled date of operation at the newly approved location, ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited must send a written request to the SBV to revise the address of its head office in its License. The written request must state clearly the expected start date of operations at the new address, and the satisfaction of the required conditions for a bank’s head office in accordance with the provisions of law for the SBV to consider and approve as required by law.
ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited shall be fully responsible before the law for the reported contents in its Document No. 355/22/ANZVL-CEO and the related documents sent to the SBV.
This Document is valid within 12 months from the date of its signing.
