On October 10, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1721/QD-NHNN revising the substances of the head office address and the charter capital in the License for the Establishment and Operations of ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has decided to revise the substances of the head office address and the charter capital as written in in Paragraph 2 of Article 1 and Article 2 of the License for the Establishment and Operations of a 100% foreign owned bank No. 110/GP-NHNN dated November 09, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited, to read as follows:
The head office address: 10th Floor, Tower No. 2, Capital Place Building, No. 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.
The charter capital: VND 4,511,907,000,000 (Four thousand five hundred eleven billion, nine hundred oh seven million Vietnamese Dongs).
ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited shall be responsible for ensuring the working conditions of the new head office as required for in Paragraph 2 of Article 23 of Circular No. 40/2011/TT-NHNN dated December 15, 2011 of the SBV Governor stipulating the issuance of licenses, the organization and the operations of commercial banks, foreign bank branches, representative offices of foreign credit institutions, other institutions with banking operations in Vietnam (as amended and supplemented); Implementing the procedures to register and announce the revised substances as prescribed for in Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations of a 100% foreign owned bank No. 110/GP-NHNN dated November 09, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited.
