On November 23, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1957/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank).
Specifically, the SBV Governor has decided to revise Point 4 of the License for the Operations No. 0026/NHNN-GP dated August 22, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Nam A Bank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 160/QD-NH5 dated August 22, 2022 of the SBV Governor issuing the License for the Operations of Nam A Bank, to read as follows:
“The charter capital: VND 8,464,346,610,000 (Eight thousand four hundred sixty-four billion, three hundred forty-six million, six hundred ten thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
Nam A Bank shall be responsible for implementing the procedures as prescribed for in Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant provisions of law regarding the above revised substance.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Operations No. 0026/NHNN-GP dated August 22, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Nam A Bank and Decision No. 160/QD-NH5 dated August 22, 2022 of the SBV Governor issuing the License for the Operations of Nam A Bank.
Decision No. 913/QD-NHNN dated May 20, 2022 of the SBV Governor revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of Nam A Bank ceased to be effective from November 23, 2022.
