On December 02, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2044/QD-NHNN revising the head office address substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of BIDV - SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd. (BSL).
Specifically, the SBV Governor has approved of the revision of Paragraph 2 of Article 1 of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 33/GP-NHNN dated April 12, 2017 issued by the SBV Governor to BIDV - SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd., to read as follows:
“2. The head office address is at: 23rd Floor, TNR Tower, No. 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Lang Thuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City.”
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 33/GP-NHNN dated April 12, 2017 issued by the SBV Governor to BIDV - SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd.
BIDV - SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd. shall be responsible for implementing the procedures for amending and supplementing the company’s Charter in line with the approved change of its head office address, the company’s business registration certificate, announce the changed substance, and report on the implementation to the SBV (via the Banking Supervision Agency) as required by the applicable provisions of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant provisions of law.
BIDV - SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd. Is also responsible for ensuring that the new head office fully meets the conditions set out in Paragraph 2 of Article 20 of Circular No. 30/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 25, 2015 of the SBV Governor stipulating the issuance of licenses to, the establishment and operations of non-bank credit institutions, as well as the relevant amendments and supplementations.
