On March 9, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 282/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital in the License on the Establishment and Operations of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of the revision of the substances in Article 2 of the License on the Establishment and Operations No. 38/GP-NHNN dated March 6, 2018, issued by the SBV Governor to Techcombank, to read as follows: “Charter capital of Techcombank is VND 35,049,062,300,000 (In words: Thirty-five thousand forty-nine billion, sixty-two million, three hundred thousand Vietnamese dongs).
Techcombank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) and other relevant legal provisions applicable to the above-mentioned revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 38/GP-NHNN dated March 6, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to Techcombank. Decision No. 534/QD-NHNN dated March 30, 2020 revising the charter capital in the License on the Establishment and Operations of Techcombank ceases to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
