In Document No. 4724/NHNN-TTGSNG, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has allowed Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited to move its head office from Rooms No. 1801-1815, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark, E6, Pham Hung road, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi, Vietnam to the new address at: Floor 3, Tower 1 and Tower 2, Room Cp1.L01 and Room CP2.L01, Capital Place Building, No.29 Lieu Giai street, Ngoc Khanh ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.
Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited is responsible for reporting to the Banking Supervision Agency and the SBV branch in Hanoi to coordinate and appraise the conditions and eligibility of the new office in line with the applicable laws.
Within a minimum of 30 days before the commencement of operations of the new head office, Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited is required to send an official document to the SBV requesting the revision of its head office address in its License, which states clearly the expected date of inauguration of the new head office and that all conditions for its head office as prescribed by law have been met so that the SBV can consider and issue a formal approval in line with the applicable laws.
For the planned movement of its departments and units which do not engage in direct transactions with its customers and are currently located outside of its head office to the new head office, Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited shall be self- responsible for the arrangements and the operational management of its departments and units located outside of its head office in line with the applicable regulations.
This Document is valid within 12 months from the date of its signing.
